This crosslide is notably thicker than the standard version, measuring .870 inches, which necessitates the use of a headstock riser plate to align tooling with the headstock. It is important to note that this setup is not suitable for standard lathe operations and will render the tailstock unusable, as there is no riser available for the tailstock.

The assembly is CNC-ready, featuring a CNC leadscrew, a standard 1-5/8 inch handwheel, and a stepper motor mount.
