Constructed from extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, it features a durable black anodized finish. This headstock is equipped with a 3/4-16 #1 Morse taper spindle and a 30-tooth cog belt pulley, offering versatility and reliability for various machining tasks.

The headstock incorporates lifetime lubricated Class 5 bearings, which ensure enhanced accuracy, tighter tolerances, and smoother operation. These bearings are capable of supporting continuous speeds up to approximately 4,000 RPM, with the potential to reach up to 10,000 RPM with a slightly adjusted preload setting.
