The SystemBase eCAN Ethernet to CAN Converter is a small gateway connected to a CAN bus that allows for the transmission and reception of data through a TCP/UDP network. To meet user requirements, it supports the TCP/UDP protocol and includes the COM Redirector, a virtual serial port generator. Developers can write their own socket programming to access the eCAN directly or use the COM Redirector. To facilitate the writing of source code, a DLL file and sample codes are provided. Additionally, the eCAN comes with the eCAN View software to aid in the analysis of CAN frames with graphical user interface (GUI) features. The eCAN View has filters, sorting, and display error count features. With the exerciser function, users can send CAN frames to other CAN devices. Its intuitive UI frame is convenient for analyzing CAN frames.
