The Unitree G1 Humanoid Robot is designed to unlock unlimited potential in sports and other applications, boasting extra-large joint movement angles across its 23 joints. Its force control enables dexterous manipulation, leveraging imitation and reinforcement learning for improved functionality.

The UnifoLM (Unitree Robot Unified Large Model) is paving the way for a new era of intelligence in robotics.

The G1 features a total of 23 DoF, with each leg having 6 DoF, a waist joint adding 1 DoF, and each arm featuring 5 DoF for intricate task execution. Full joint hollow design enables efficient power and connectivity management. Each joint is monitored by dual encoders for accurate movement tracking. A local air cooling system ensures optimal performance under load, supported by an 8-core high-performance CPU for real-time complex computations.

Advanced sensing capabilities are provided by a depth camera and 3D LiDAR, allowing for precise environmental interaction. The device includes a 4-microphone array for improved audio capture and a 5W speaker for clear sound output. Connectivity options are comprehensive, featuring WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 for seamless communication. Additionally, the smart battery, with a quick-release design and a capacity of 9000 mAh, ensures extended operational time and easy maintenance.

The G1 basic is intended to show off legged humanoid capabilities in an affordable platform. Note that the basic version is not intended to be programmed or have additional features added. For development or to add hands or additional functionality, consider one of the EDU variants of the G1.
