The Devantech DMX-USB-RX-RLY8 – 4 Relays, 4 SSR is a versatile module designed to meet the latest USITT DMX512-A standard while maintaining backward compatibility with the older USITT DMX512/1990 standard. Configuration is streamlined through a USB port, facilitated by a supplied PC application, eliminating the need for dip switches. The module can be assigned any DMX address ranging from 1 to 505. It operates on a single isolated 9V AC or 12V DC power supply, suitable for both dimming and on/off functions. The device features mechanical relays capable of handling up to 250VAC at 8 amps, and solid-state relays for phase-controlled dimming, supporting 48VAC to 250VAC with a minimum load of 100mA and a maximum of 5 amps. Additionally, it provides DMX feed-through on all pins, including 4 and 5, with selectable 120 Ohm termination.
