The Makeblock Caterpillar Kit equipped with more than 50 different mechanical parts and electronic modules, this kit imitate the caterpillar. With the caterpillar Bionic building, they will learn about a variety of robotic machinery and electronic parts, get to grips with the fundamentals of block-based programming, and develop their logical thinking and design skills.
The ultrasonic sensor can measuring distance in front. If the distance from the ultrasonic sensor to the obstacle is less than 6 cm, the caterpillar kit will stop moving. Otherwise, it will go forward. The caterpillar will struggle and get free of restraint when you pick up it. It will stop struggling when placed on the ground.
