The Motor Arduino Shield Motor Controller w/ Servo Driver, Close & Open Loop, 40VDC, 10A, 200W can control one brushed motor with an incremental encoder. The driver has an integrated Smart PID to control position, velocity, and acceleration. There are three independent modes: Position Mode, Velocity Mode, and H Bridge Mode. It also has an integrated Auto Tuning Tool to automatically identify PID parameters. It supports many types of communication methods such as Pulse/Dir, UART, Virtual COM Port, and USB. The parameters can be configured using the extension button board and a 7-segment LED indicator, making it easy and quick to set up.
