The ServoCity 2x80A Motor Controller is engineered to proportionally manage the speed and direction of brushed DC motors with precision. It features two channels, each capable of handling a continuous current of 80A and a peak current of up to 200A. Its compact design allows for seamless integration into various projects, with an aluminum base equipped with M4 threaded holes that align with an 8mm grid pattern for easy attachment to goBILDA components. The controller accepts a power input ranging from 7 to 30 volts through an XT90 connector, facilitating the operation of motors. It supports signal input from an RC receiver, Arduino, or any standard PWM signal source via designated ports for each channel. The built-in BEC provides 6V and up to 8A to the device generating the PWM signal, enabling the operation of servos and other devices from additional channels on the servo controller. The motor controller is equipped with bullet connectors for soldering onto motor wires or constructing a harness to power multiple motors, provided the current limit per channel is not exceeded. It incorporates several safety features, including reverse voltage protection, current limit protection, short circuit protection, and over-temperature protection, ensuring reliable and secure operation.
