The Sherline Laser Engraving Plate & XY Slide w/18″ Table (Metric) is a meticulously engineered component designed to enhance the functionality and versatility of laser engraving systems. This product features a robust tooling plate crafted from black anodized 6061 aluminum, measuring 8 inches by 18 inches by ¾ inch. It is specifically designed to integrate seamlessly with an 18-inch Industrial X/Y Slide, offering precision and reliability in various engraving applications.

The X/Y Slide provides a substantial range of motion, with 5 inches of travel along the Y-axis and 13.6 inches along the X-axis. The handwheels are finely calibrated, allowing for precise adjustments in increments of 0.01mm, ensuring meticulous control over the engraving process. This precision is crucial for achieving high-quality results in intricate engraving tasks.

The tooling plate is equipped with dual-purpose holes, strategically placed on 1-inch centers. These holes are threaded on the bottom and reamed on the top, allowing them to function as both part locating and clamping holes.
