This model features a larger through hole, facilitating the mounting of chucks, and is enhanced with a Nickel-Teflon coating. This coating provides a rust-resistant surface that is both durable and lubricated, making it ideal for everyday production environments. The rotary table is crafted from solid bar stock steel, ensuring robustness and longevity, and weighs a total of seven pounds.

The table’s precision is underscored by laser-engraved lines every 5 degrees, with numbers marked every 15 degrees. These markings are precisely calibrated with a 72-tooth worm gear, which can be operated via a handwheel or the integrated stepper motor. The handwheel is meticulously divided into 50 parts, allowing for precise adjustments of 1/10 of a degree per line, enabling the division of a circle into 3600 increments without the need for interpolation.
