The Sherline WW & 10mm Pot Collet 1 is expertly crafted to accommodate larger and irregularly shaped components. This collet is engineered to be easily machined, allowing for precise customization to suit specific requirements. It includes a 1/8″ dowel pin, which aids in gripping while the collet face and pin undergo machining. The face of the collet is drilled to a depth of 3/16″ or less, and then bored to an exact size, effectively creating a bespoke chuck for parts that exceed the capacity of standard WW collets.

This collet is intended for use with a WW collet adapter and drawbar, ensuring secure and reliable operation. The maximum gripping depth is limited to 3/16″, and it is specifically designed to hold material only on the face end, rather than through the collet. This makes it an ideal solution for tasks requiring the secure holding of components that are too large for conventional collets.

Note: Pot Collets are not designed to hold material through the collet, and the maximum gripping depth is 3/16″ (4.8mm).
