Thymio comes out of its box already assembled, so you can start it up in a matter of seconds. With its 6 pre-programmed behaviours, you can discover what it can do in no time. Follow a line, avoid obstacles or follow your hand – Thymio already knows how to do a lot of things.

Thanks to the pre-programmed behaviours and numerous programming interfaces available in the Thymio suite (VPL, VPL3, Scratch, Blockly, Aseba Studio) or through complementary software (Python, ROS), Thymio can guide you from absolute beginner to understanding complex robotic alogrithms. To guide you through these interfaces, there are a number of teaching resources developed for this little robot.
