The Waveshare A7600C1 LTE Cat-1 HAT for Raspberry Pi, Low Speed 4G Module, 2G GSM/GPRS (for China) is a versatile communication module designed to enhance connectivity for Raspberry Pi and Jetson Nano boards. It supports LTE Cat-1 and 2G GSM/GPRS communication, enabling reliable data transmission and LBS positioning. This module is equipped with a standard Raspberry Pi 40PIN GPIO extension header, ensuring compatibility with a range of host boards, including Arduino and STM32.
The module supports various communication protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP(s), MQTT(s), FTP(s), and SSL, making it suitable for cloud communication applications. It also features dial-up capabilities, telephone call functionality, and SMS support, with an onboard audio jack for sound recording and TTS (Text To Speech) capabilities in both Chinese and English.
For ease of use, the module includes a USB interface for testing AT Commands and network communication, as well as a USB to UART converter for serial debugging. It also features a SIM card slot supporting 1.8V/3V SIM cards and a TF card slot for data storage. The operating voltage can be configured to either 3.3V or 5V, and the module operates efficiently within a wide temperature range.
