The SFE 4-Digit, 7-Segment Display (Red) is a basic red color display. It has a common anode. The display features are one decimal point per digit, and individually controllable apostrophe and colon points. This LED has a forward voltage of 2.1VDC and a max forward current of 20mA. The hardware interface is sixteen (two rows of eight) through-hole pins. This SFE 4-Digit, 7-Segment Display is also available in 4-Digit, 7-Segment Display (Yellow).

Note: The pinout in the datasheet is incorrect. This is the correct pin-out:

1: Digit 1             –     16: B
2: Digit 2             –     15: G
3: D                     –     14: A
4: Colon Anode   –     13: C
5: E                     –     12: Colon Cathode
6: Digit 3             –     11: F
7: Decimal Point  –     10:Apostrophe Anode
8: Digit 4             –      9: Apostrophe Cathode
