The Pololu 12mm Hex Wheel Adapter for 4mm Shaft (2x) is a set of lightweight aluminum shaft adapters designed to transform a standard motor output shaft into a 12mm hex shaft. This hex shaft is compatible with a variety of commonly used hobby RC wheels, including the Dagu Wild Thumper Wheels.

Each adapter features a side that attaches to the wheel, equipped with a hole tapped for M4 screws. Conversely, the other side of the adapter is designed to mount to a motor shaft using two M3 set screws. The set comprises a duo of adapters, a pair of 8mm M4 screws, four M3 set screws, and a single 1.5mm Allen wrench intended for use with the set screws.
