The Pololu Romi Chassis Kit – Red is a versatile foundation for building mobile robots, featuring a differential-drive platform with a 6.5-inch (165 mm) diameter. This kit includes essential mechanical components: two mini plastic gearmotors with extended backshafts, a pair of white 70×8mm Pololu wheels, a red Romi chassis ball caster kit, and a Romi chassis battery contact set. The integrated battery holder accommodates six AA batteries (not included), and the chassis offers numerous general-purpose mounting holes and slots for attaching electronics such as microcontrollers, motor drivers, and sensors. The plastic components are available in six colors, allowing for customization or use as replacement parts.
