The Sherline Morse #1 Taper Tailstock is specifically engineered to cater to the needs of pen makers utilizing Sherline lathes. This tailstock is compatible with Morse #1 taper pen-making accessories, providing a reliable solution for those engaged in pen turning. This tailstock is not intended for use with larger-size tailstock chucks, as the machine is not designed to handle the forces exerted by such tools. The tailstock features a laser-engraved spindle with a ‘0’ line, which begins approximately 1.3 inches (33mm) from the end of the spindle.
